Due to the nature of some of the products that are handcrafted, each piece is unique and can vary slightly. Sizes and measurements of the products are approximated. We reserve the rights to change details on the products or photos of the products without prior notice.

 

Lead time for ceramics pre-order is between 6 - 8 weeks.

SHIPPING

Delivery within Singapore only. Once an order is made, we will take about 2 to 3 working days to pack your order. Orders are shipped with SingPost SmartPac mail (Trackable letterbox delivery) or Speedpost Standard (Trackable doorstep delivery). Delivery takes about 3 to 8 working days to reach your address and items can only be tracked when it has been picked up by the courier.

EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY

Exchange/ refund of items are strictly for defective items or orders that are dispatched wrongly. Exchange/ refund request must be made within 14 days of the order being shipped out.

For errors in orders dispatched such as defective item or wrong order sent, please contact us at hello.lsod@gmail.com .

• Kindly include images of the defective or wrong item and your order number, in the email. We will get back to you within 2-4 working days.

• Once request is approved, please return the product within 20 days in unused and original condition.

Exchange and refund are not applicable for products on sale.

Once the returned products have been received, it will takes up to 7 to 14 working days to process the refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be based on the receipt, excluding shipping costs, which is non-refundable. We will notify you once the refunds have been made, or exchanges have been mailed out.
